To initiate a return or refund, please email us at rangnigaar@gmail.com with a clear photo of the damaged item, your name, and order details.
Returns are only accepted for unused, unworn, and unwashed items in their original packaging.
If approved, you may choose a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost. Refunds are processed within 7 working days of approval.
Note: We do not accept returns for minor color variations, custom design changes after approval, or incorrect sizing unless it was an error on our part.
